How I cleared my acne (in 6 months)

I’ve tired tons of products and nothing worked. My skin is sensitive and acne prone. I realized that “acne” products were inflaming and worsening my acne.

Pairing down my routine to 2 products made my skin the best it’s been in years.

PRODUCT 1: Dove Beauty Bar

I use this bar to wash my face in the shower at night before bed. It does a great job of gently removing makeup, sweat, dirt, and oil while moisturizing my skin at the same time. I don’t wash my face in the morning anymore because I realized my skin doesn’t need it.

PRODUCT 2: Vanicream Moisturizing Cream

I use a whole pump of this on my face and neck after drying my face. It seems like a lot, but I promise it will soak in and you’ll wake up with refreshed and calm skin.

I’ve also been focusing on eating healthy, well balanced meals with whole foods, so that’s a factor to consider.

Remember, everyone’s skin is different but this is what worked for me! It took my skin from textured, inflamed, full of cystic acne to clear and smooth.
