healthy food haul for cal deficit

Some things are fresh from the store some are from my cabinets to finish the meal below

all of these are decently cheap and can be used for meal preps! This is what I’m eating on a calorie deficit

Coming up with ideas for healthy eating while still tasting good can be tiring. I try to keep a fun rotation of foods in order to stay on my healthy eating life style.

Most of these meals can be cooked in the instapot or crockpot. Hope this gives you guys some meal inspiration!
