Quitting alcohol changed my face!

Did you know drinking alcohol causes bloating and redness? (Along with a whole laundry list of other issues)

I decided to try the sober curious lifestyle and see what benefits I could enjoy from it! I quit drinking 45 days ago and I already see so many changes! One of which being my appearance!

I took a photo on Day 1 of deciding to say goodbye to alcohol and I decided to take a progress picture today! Look at that difference… 45 days and my face looks slimmer, more even, less red, and just brighter and happier!
