HOW TO CLEAN NAIL BRUSHES 🎨

I create new nail looks weekly, and my brushes get crusty quickly!

I’ve tried nail polish remover and alcohol, but neither of them get my brushes clean enough. I use pure acetone and it breaks down nail polish and all of my gel products very well, even after they’ve been sitting for a few days!

1. Pour acetone into a smaller container. I use the cap from the bottle and it’s the perfect size.

2. Dip the brush into the acetone and hold it there for a few seconds. Lightly tap the bristles into the bottom of the container to break up the old product. Dipping them a few times may be required. Note: Be careful not to smash the brush hairs when tapping.

3. Pinch the brush hairs back to their original shape and let them dry. This is especially important for detail brushes! Pinch them back to a point so that the tips are crisp.
