My lil pumpkin is 1

This caption is gonna be long as I’m going into detail about the whole party. We had my sons first birthday party on Saturday. Everything went as planned and I loved it, I even had family and friends drive up from Florida.

I bought most of the decor from Michaels and Target. Some stuff my grandma already had.

For food I served a fruit tray with dark chocolate hummus and croissant sandwiches with various salads, all catered from Publix. My grandma saw inspo for a pumpkin charcuterie and remade it, doesn’t look so much like a pumpkin but it’s adorable! She also served a red pepper hummus with crackers and olives.

The cake I had custom made from a lady I found on facebook. It’s a sugar free pumpkin cake, made with monk fruit and a cream cheese frosting. I had specified that I didn’t want any added sugars or artificial dyes and she delivered! The cake was sooo moist and sweet it was a big hit! Unfortunately, the cake was only for my son. I ordered mini fruit tarts from Publix and bought mini cupcakes.

Almost forgot about the drinks! The elderberry lemonade was invented by a coworker, she gave me the recipe and it was DELICIOUS! That was another big hit. The fruit water was just various mixed fruit, that I cut & squeezed the night before, to add flavor to the water. In the morning, I removed last nights fruit and put new fruit in for the looks.

Overall the party was great and I was incredibly happy the whole time! Im so thankful for everyone that came and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
