Trader Joe’s Egg Roll In A Bowl

I love these for easy low carb dinners during the week!

✨Ingredients✨

Ground chicken

Broccoli slaw

Garlic

Ginger

Green onions

Soy sauce

Umami seasoning

Spicy mayo

Furikake seasoning

Seaweed snacks

✨Instructions✨

1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the green onion, garlic, and ginger.

2. Cook the ground chicken. Then add soy sauce, broccoli slaw, and umami seasoning.

3. Serve over rice with spicy mayo, seaweed snacks and Trader Joe’s furikake seasoning.

Note: I didn’t really measure for this one, just kinda went with what I was feeling! I don’t think you can go wrong.
