Smashed Egg Hashbrown Toast 🍳🥑🍯😋

This is such an easy & delicious way to elevate your breakfast game! This mashed egg hashbrown toast has the perfect combo of sweet & spicy. The chili onion crunch & hot honey mixed together with the mashed hard boiled egg is *chef’s kiss* 😙🤌🏼

All ya need to make this recipe is the following 5 ingredients!

1. Hashbrowns

2. Avocado

3. Hard boiled eggs

4. Chili onion crunch (I get mine from Trader Joe’s)

5. Hot honey (also get this from Trader Joe’s)

Make your hard boiled eggs and once cooked and peeled, mash them in a bowl with the chili onion crunch and hot honey. I honestly just eyeball both and add more in to taste. Cook your hashbrown patty until nice & crisp. Add avocado and then top with the mashed egg mixture. Top w/ another drizzle of hot honey & enjoy!!!! 😋
