$40 tufting session??

hi all !! i’m back from jb with a new activity checked off my bucket list - tufting! ✨

we got the 40cm x 40cm frame for 140rm (~$43.75sgd) which is supposed to take us 2hrs to complete. thank god my boyf decided to work on 1 rug together and we kept taking turns bc its actually quite tiring. so we only spent $20/pax 🫢

before starting, the staff showed us a safety video and guide on how to use the tuft gun. we started tufting and only completed 3 hours later 🥱 oh! there’s also many different colours available there eg different shades of blue, pink, green, etc

a tip is to start with the outline first bc we were told to do the outline the last and it became very weird looking. but !!! always trust the process HAHA

we got to try to glue the rug tgt, cut and paste the anti slip thingy. it was a full experience and we got to bring the rug home right after ☺️
