journeying to the west for this cafe 🚗

i've seen this cafe on tiktok such a long time ago and finally got the chance to try this ever since we got a car! 😌

ambience: i love the cosy corner of the coffee area which had raw, exposed walls as opposed to the rest of the cafe which is more bright, fun and playful. yet the combination of both in a single cafe still works! imagine 2 best friends with different aesthetics, this place clearly reflects that. 👯

what i ordered:

🥑 avo eggs & shokupan — not much to comment as this is exactly what you would expect.

🍌 honey mascarpone banana cake — i loved the fragrant yet airy banana cake but i felt it was overdone by adding mascarpone and cornflakes. it's already beautiful the way it is 😩

☕ flat white — getting the caffeine fix in

overall rating: 2.5/5, yet again what i ordered may have affected my experience but i felt that this place is more for the vibes than the food...
