From the start of my fitness journey these are the supplements that I have been taking which have been a help/boost in my fitness journey and progress 🫶🏼
How do I take them ?
• greens 🌱 first thing in the morning before a meal.
• creatine ✨ I take it anytime ; I combine it with either the greens or protein shake sometimes with oxyshred.
• l-glutamine ❤️ I take it anytime ; I combine it with either greens or oxyshred !
• oxyshred 🔥 I take it 15-20 minutes before a workout .
• protein powder 💪🏼 I take it either after a workout or at the end of the day.
