Award Winning Key Lime Pie!

Someone had asked for my key lime pie recipe, here it is! And it’s so easy ❣️

Base:

Sweetened Con. Milk - 24 oz

Egg Yolks - 4.5 oz

Lime Juice - 8.25 oz

Crust:

Graham Cracker crust, store bought or homemade (crumbled graham crackers and butter) Bake at 375 for 10 mins before filling it (if homemade)

Topping:

Limes

Whipped topping (whip in mixer until fluffy, pipe on as you wish)

I forget the names of those little nuts i sprinkled on, if anyone knows the name let me know! It starts with a C lol.

Cook Temp and Time:

Set oven to 350

Bake for 13-15 mins (it will be jiggly, just trust me, it’s worse to over bake it. it will set up after its chilled)

Let it sit until room temp

Cool overnight preferably
