Is Kooks Creamery worth the hype? 🤔

Here’s another series because why not haha! I love waffles and will document my opinions on waffles of any kind! Tried this waffle place that my brother recommended during the weekend~ ✨

🧇 Location: Can be quite difficult to access since it’s not near the MRT. You need to take bus 43M from Serangoon mrt exit E to opposite Serangoon Sports Complex. So convenience with access is not the best.

🧇 Ice Cream: I personally don’t enjoy super sweet ice cream so I love that Blue Chai Hokkaido Milk was not that sweet and had a very nice milky taste too! The dark chocolate tasted much like normal chocolate tbh, the rich dark chocolate taste could be stronger. Price wise, it’s quite expensive if you want to try their specialty.

🧇 Base: The waffle was quite hard and it didn't taste that fragrant. The lava cookie was really unique i love that the most! There was a nice semi-chewy texture not like a cookie that crumbles. Both are not too sweet too! Even though they technically serve 2 waffles per plate, it’s still pretty pricey and the cookie was very small too for the price.

💰Overall cost:

Blue Chai Hokkiado Milk + Chocolate Lava Waffle = $14.80

Classic Dark Chocolate + Matcha Lava Cookie = $11.80

So, I would say it’s not a very affordable place for your waffle fix in my opinion but you can always just get the ice cream alone it’s worth the try! Save this the next time you want to visit Kooks Creamery! ⭐️🌷
