Starting my sourdough journey! 😬

So I started baking breads, right?

In my head I was like “ok, clearly the next level up in sour dough”

I did my research and starting from scratch…seemed…doable.

But, I’ve got a two month old and two older daughters and my life is hectic so I decided to “cheat” a little.

I bought dehydrated sour dough starter…

So follow me in my sour dough journey and fingers cross I succeed!!

I’ll be welcoming all tips and tricks! 😬😬

I’ve started step one *the rehydration processes*

Tomorrow will start my feeds.
