make sourdough with me!! 🍞🥐🥖🥨🥯

i’m almost a year into my sourdough journey!!

here is the easiest way i’ve found to make sourdough from start to finish—

• feed starter 1:2:2 at 8am

• let rise until more than doubled (usually 4-6 hrs)

• mix together 50-100g starter & 330g warm water & 13g salt

• add 500g bread flour & mix until a shaggy dough forms

• let sit covered 1 hr

• do 3 sets of stretch & folds 30-45 mins apart

• bulk ferment on countertop for rest of evening

• place in fridge for cold proof overnight

• preheat DO at 450° for 45 minutes

• shape, bench rest, and score while preheating

• bake for 25 minutes with lid on, and 25 minutes with lid off

• let cool for 2+ hours & violaaaaa 🤌🏼🤌🏼
