i have dreams about this… 🤤🥟🇰🇷 (cold noodles!)

i’ll forever be craving this…. esp in sg’s unforgiving weather these days… this was our first meal after reaching busan and its located v near the train station! as you can tell from the store name, they known for their wheat noodles and they only have 3 things on their menu ((sign of a good restaurant)) — cold noodles, spicy cold noodles & big dumplings!

Choryang Milmyeon

we got the 비빔밀면 (bibim milmyeon) & 왕만두 (wang mandu) and they were both SO GOOD! the noodles came with a few slices of pork, egg, cucumber & kimchi, and the portion was HUGE. i liked that their sauce wasn’t too overpowering cause many other cold noodles i tried tend to be too spicy for me (im a usual mala 小辣) the noodles also came with a kettle of piping hot beef bone broth & i had so many cups of this!! i love soup and the pepper + richness of the broth was PERFECT 😮‍💨 the dumplings came in a tray of 6 and each dumpling was almost the size of my fist HAHA and it was packed with stuffing!! we were rly bursting by the end of this meal — bonus: this was so pocket-friendly too! each item was 6k won (~$6/bowl) so the whole meal was <$20!!
