this is a full day of eating for me as a retired macro tracker!
I tracked macros for so long that I have a pretty good idea of where I stand!
if I have an off day from my regular schedule of eating, I’ll plug in some food in a tracker de to get an idea of where I’m at for him the day!
I mostly focus now on getting 1g protein per lb of body weight and plenty of fiber, fruits and veggies throughout the day!
