I went to visit Alphaland a few months ago and it was a lottt of fun!!
For those who don’t know, this is like Disneyworld for gym rats! It’s located in Houston Texas and is the clothing brand Alphalete’s official gym
I had a great time training at this gym it was HUGE though 😭
I wanted to share the leg day that I did while I was there : it was a sweaty one!
Warm up (not pictured)
• incline treadmill walk 10 minutes
• dynamic stretch routine
Heavy Hip Thrust
3 warmup sets leading to top set
4 sets at heaviest weight between 8-10 reps
Barbell RDLs
2 warm up sets leading to top set
4 sets 8-10 reps at heaviest weight
Belted Sumo Squats
I love this machine and highly recommend if you’re looking for a good glute connection
3 sets 10-12 reps
Reverse Lunges on the Smith Machine
These burn sooooo good
1 warm up set light weight
2 sets 12-15 reps
Glute Medius Kickbacks
Did these on the cable and love these as the last accessory movement in a leg day ( the sun was sunning😎)
2 sets 12-15
1 drop set to really burn out!
