If you want some JUICY turkey legs you gotta try this superset

Just a warning.. she’s PAINFUL 🥵

but the pump is worth it 🫡

a SUPERSET means :

both exercises are back to back = 1 set!

so get straight into it 👏🏼

make sure to choose a weight that you reach failure (aka your form breaks) somewhere between 12-15 reps!

3 sets ⬇️

rest 1-2 minutes in between sets!

• 12-15 heel elevated goblet squats (can use a kettlebell, dumbbell or smith machine)

keep tension when you get to the top and go straight back down, don’t take a break!

• 12-15 seated leg extensions with a 1-2 second pause at the top!

The key is to go slow and controlled for both movements! Focusing fully on the set and your form is going to help recruit more muscle fibers which means, more GROWTH 🌱

form > weight
