As my goals in fitness change, so does my split.
I always use to compare/ stress seeing other female gym goers splits, wondering if I’m doing something wrong because they’d promote it as:
“the only way to see results is to do this.”
well I’ll be the first to say NO.
, that’s not true.
Once I started listening to my body & creating a split that works for ME, i saw drastic improvements in my overall physique. 🫶🏻♥️
So with that said even as I share mine take it with a grain of salt and focus on your goals and your bodies overall health and wellness.
if your workout week look different then mine that’s ok ♥️, if you want to switch your routine up that’s okay too , & if you are completely lost / confused on what I’m evening taking about that’s perfectly okay as well, we all start somewhere and I’m here to support all of our unique fitness journeys 🫶🏻
My goal right now is to focus in on progressive overload and volume. With that said my week looks like:
MONDAY:
push (chest ,shoulders , triceps)
TUESDAY:
leg day A (quads & glutes)
WEDNESDAY:
rest day 💆🏼♀️
THURSDAY:
pull (back & biceps)
FRIDAY:
leg say B (hamstring & glutes)
SATURDAY:
Full body
SUNDAY:
rest day / some sort of outdoor activity
