💡Quick tip: For this one, I get on one knee with the rope attachment at head-height. Then, I pull the ropes towards my face while squeezing my shoulder blades together.
❤️🔥LATERAL PULL DOWNS❤️🔥
Reps: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
💡Quick tip: I pull the bar down towards my chest with a wide grip.
