I made chia pudding! it's a healthy snack loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats! Take it out in the morning, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy it as a healthy breakfast & an energizing snack.

Home cafe Recipe
🫙 caramel chia pudding
Servings: 1pax
Prep time & total time: overnight
Ingredients:
- chia pudding: 100ml dairy milk (you can used almond milk to keep dairy free)+ 5tsp chia seeds + 2tsp honey
- 2tsp caramel sauce
- Lakereiva Caramel Crumble
- Garnish: strawberry + rosemary
Step:
1. Pour milk into a mini jar, then add chia seeds and honey. Stir them well.
2. Cover and refrigerate the pudding for at least 8hours or overnight.
3. After refrigerate the pudding, add caramel sauce and caramel crumble on top.
4. Last, garnish with strawberry and rosemary.
