I've been getting a lot of healthy recipe videos on my TikTok FYP recently so I decided to give one of it a try. I altered the recipe based on the ingredients that I had at home. ๐คฉ
๐ Ingredients:
- Chia seeds
- Chocolate milk (or your milk of choice)
- Strawberries (or your fruits of choice
- Nuts (Optional)
- Sauce of choice (Optional)
๐๏ธ Steps:
1. Add 5 tablespoons of chia seeds to a cup and soak it in chocolate milk. Refrigerate for an hour or till it becomes a thick consistency
2. Mash strawberries in a cup
3. Cut strawberries into slices and arrange it nicely in the cup from Step 2!
4. Add the refrigerated chia seeds into the same cup
5. Sprinkle some nuts and drizzle with your sauce of choice
To be honest, I don't think chia seed puddings are my thing... It wasn't sweet enough for me but I think adding a drizzle would probably make it much better!! ๐ซ
