Servings: 1pax

Prep time & total time: about 10mins

Ingredients:

- spinach

- wet batter: 4tbsp all purpose flour + 2tbsp cornstarch + a pinch of salt + water

- oil to cook

Step:

1. First thing first, cut and wash spinach.

2. Dip some spinach in a wet batter.

3. fried spinach till golden brown. Then drain it .
