My First Visit to BFT

Been wanting to try BFT for the longest time and now that it is on class pass, I finally get to try it!

👍Why I like it:

I love how there is a community and the instructor there would correct your form if you did it wrongly, they will also take the time to explain to you on how to do the exercise before starting the class

I went for the afternoon class on a weekday and the class size was slightly big🥲

🤔Who is this class suitable?

✅ Dislike gyming alone

✅ Low motivation

✅ Unsure whether your form is correct

✅ Lazy to think of a workout

IMO the class is way more affordable on ClassPass as compared to purchasing the package directly!!
