A small part of my Japan Trip Wishlist!❤️🇯🇵

Been preparing for this trip for about 3 months coming now, but the Instagram algorithm has been really efficient in continuing to push out things that I might be interested to visit 😂 so behold the wishlist of places and things I hope to squeeze into my itinerary! This is my #AddToWishlist !⭐️

Even if it’s not possible this trip, I’m sure it’ll be possible another time☺️

1. Visiting the Pokémon town!😍

Saw this really cute pikachu themed train called “Pokémon with you” that’s available on the JR East Train Reservation’s website! As a Pokémon lover, I can’t believe I didn’t know this existed :0 whilst it may be tough to fit into my itinerary this time round, I’ll definitely want to come back to experience this!

2. This airbnb in Kyoto that I found ❤️

Hosted by a sweet elderly couple, I knew that the next time I was in Kyoto, I’d love to support them. Sadly only found out about them after bookings for my Kyoto accommodations have been completed.

This is called Kamon Kyoto on Airbnb, hosted by Mr Hedeshi and his wife.

3. Cute dessert in Hakata, Fukuoka!🍨

I love marshmallows, ice cream, and custard! So I have a good feeling this would work out pretty well🙈❤️since I’m staying in Hakata, I think I’d have a pretty good chance of fulfilling this particular wishlist item.

4. Hakone Free Pass Day Trip idea

cable cars, ropeways, and a cruise? When I came across this reel, I was super excited! Saving this idea for a future trip ☺️

5. Second hand Pokémon toys!

📍Book Off Shinjuku Station

Now this is something that I’m likely to accomplish this trip! I love the idea of getting my things second hand to reduce waste, and coupling that with Pokémon makes it an amazing deal!✨👀one of my goals this trip is to bring home my own Pikachu stuffed toy, so I’m hoping to get lucky in finding my Pikachu on this trip here as well as some Pokémon cards for my sister.

6. Flower Miffy store at Asakusa Tokyo!

Another likely achievable wishlist! I like miffy because it’s cute - and whilst I don’t see myself purchasing anything (famous last words), I have a feeling I’ll have fun looking around. ❤️

7. Collecting stamps from various stations and places!

This is very likely to be achievable! I just need to screw up enough courage to ask counter staff if they’ve stamps for my journal! I find this to be a more valuable souvenir than material goods. As someone who’s been journaling since young, I love looking back in my old journals after years have passed.

8. A sushi restaurant run by a 80 year old grandma in Tokyo❤️

Maybe it’s because I work with the elderly a lot in nursing, but I feel a strong connection to them. Seeing her story made me want to make time on my itinerary to visit her store.

9. A 7 Eleven that has a lot of studio Ghibli goods!

Being unable to get tickets for the museum (🥲), seeing cute merchandise would suffice for now. Hopefully I’ll get to go!
