This bicep double superset will leave your bis feeling extra pumped:

1. To start you want to first complete 10 reps of regular seated curls.

2. Next you want to hold one arm in the middle of rep at an isometric position while you complete 5 regular reps on the other arm. Switch arms.

3. Then you want to do this exact same process but with hammer curls.

4. After you compete all the exercises take a couple minutes to rest and complete the whole thing one more time!

I usually do this and another bicep exercise such as preacher curls on the days I’m hitting biceps. Usually these two thing are enough for a solid and thorough bicep workout!

Tip: pick a lighter weight then you would usually use, trust me it is very hard and tiring! If you feel like you can’t complete the reps then drop the weight 5lbs and continue.
