Taking more images 📸: creating memories and having them available at all times is the most beautiful thing in the world!

Self-care🧖🏽‍♀️: having a facial routine, taking long showers, and tidying my room always make me feel good

Reaching out: making time to chat to those close to me and ensuring that others around me are appreciated makes me feel loved as well

Complimenting others☺️: I always make sure to compliment people in order to bring happiness to those around me.

Smiling more😆: i smile whether I'm shopping or driving in my car because it helps me feel happy and positive about what's about to come

Finding hobbies🧘🏽‍♀️: I usually prefer to find a new interest so I won't be on my phone too much because social media can be toxic at times

Listening to music🎧: I always have a playlist of music for any occasion. Walking to the grocery store, driving around town, and studying in the library

Go on walks🚶🏽‍♀️: I've been enjoying my morning walks for the past few weeks. Feeling the fresh wind makes you appreciative and optimistic throughout the day
