Founders thought: “I actually use this one a lot! I don’t really notice when I’m doing it anymore because it has become a habit, but that’s what’s cool about it too is it can be a whole practice (like a 10 minute meditation) or something quick. For me, if I find myself getting into a negative habitual thought pattern, I can disrupt the thought by tapping and rewiring the way I’m thinking because I’m focusing on the sensation of the tap while speaking to myself.”
