First things first, let's demystify "Neurodivergence." It's a beautiful term that reminds us that our brains are as unique as snowflakes. Being Neurodivergent means that our neurological makeup diverges from the typical, and that's something to celebrate, not stigmatize. 💫

🤝 Neurodivergence & ADHD: Partners in Crime 🤝

For me, Neurodivergence and ADHD go hand in hand. ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, can be seen as a quirk in the way our brains process information. It's like having a mental filing cabinet with a mind of its own! 🗄️

🎭 ADHD: Beyond the Surface 🎭

One thing I've learned is that with ADHD, what you see is not always what you get. We're experts at masking, concealing our internal chaos with a seemingly calm exterior. It's our superpower, but it can also be exhausting. 🦸‍♀️

💔 Releasing Stuck Emotions During a Spin Episode 💔

During those moments when PTSD or Depression makes an uninvited appearance, it can feel like our world is spinning out of control. I've discovered the importance of acknowledging those emotions, not suppressing them. Let them whirl through you like a storm, and as they pass, you'll find calm within. 🌪️

🌈 Stimming: A Symphony of Self-Expression 🌈

Stimming, short for self-stimulation, is our unique way of expressing ourselves. Whether it's rocking, fidgeting, or even dancing, embrace it! Stimming is the language of our souls, and it deserves to be heard. 💃🕺
