Graduation photoshoot idea!📸🎓| One Click Studio

Came to this photo studio with my friends to take some graduation photos and our verdict is… I don’t think we will not be coming back here again…☹️Read on to find out our experience here!👇

1️⃣ APPOINTMENT SLOTS

Initially we booked our appointment at 1pm, however we texted to changed our appointment time to 2pm and they said okay, so we reached slightly earlier, around 1.50pm ish. However, I think they were some delay with the groups infront of us so we had to wait till around 2.45pm which was 45mins later than our intial appointment timing. I mean it was okay as there were seating areas to sit around and wait, and it wasn’t really their fault either.

They gave us extra time to take photos instead of the given 15mins as to compensate for the time we waited which I thought was pretty nice of them!🤗

2️⃣ AREA

They have 2 type of rooms: full body & half body. They will allow you to choose between the 2 rooms or you can also split your time and go to both rooms! The full body room is pretty dim 🔅 whereas the half body room was super bright🔆, both rooms have more or less the same props!

3️⃣ PHOTO SELECTING

Pretty much the same process as the rest of the other photo studio, however you can get one extra photo printed if you were to follow them on Instragram and post a story & tag them! 📸

4️⃣ DIGITAL COPIES

We paid an additional $35 for the full digital soft copies, and they emailed it to us pretty quickly, it was sent to us within the same day! However, the downloading part is the TORTUROUS PART.😭😫😡 They stored our photos in some link, and it was impossible to download through our phones.📱(probably the file is too big) All of us tried to download the whole folder onto our phone, however, once it’s done, it will say that it’s an empty file.

We had to download through our laptop and not sure if it’s just us but it took us multiple attempts to get it downloaded properly. It failed the first few times, and it will just say empty file😫😤😭😭

It took us quite awhile to download the soft copies and it would have been so much easier if it was on Google Drive though☹️😣😖

5️⃣ SERVICE

The staff are all really friendly and nice, the printing of the physical photos took about 10mins after we were done selecting photos.

✨OVERALL✨

Overall, it was an okay experience at this studio! However, one thing that really annoyed me the most was the downloading of the digital copies… I’m not sure if it’s just us and we were just dumbos but it was really a hassle to download the photos… ☹️☹️I’ve been to other photo studio and I have not had any issues downloading the digital copies before so I was pretty annoyed at it…
