HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CAL

☀️ collagen green tea:

i like the blueberry slim green tea by yogi, and i add in one scoop of the vital proteins strawberry lemon flavored beauty collagen! its soo yummy and such a good way to start the day

☀️Breakfast:

i made a few oz of steak, 1 egg with about 6tbs of egg whites, 1/4th of a potato and some cheddar cheese. a healthy balance of protein, fat, and carbs to give me energy throughout the day!

☀️snack:

i’ve been obsessed with these yogurt protein drinks, the strawberry banana one is my favorite, they are so yummy and a great low cal high protein snack option if you aren’t super hungry but want a lil pick me up

☀️dinner:

i was at work and on my meal break, there is a ramen and poke bowl place around the corner i went to and this was my first time trying their miso ramen! it was so yummy and i added chicken for some extra protein

things that weren’t mentioned: venti sf vanilla cream cold brew (i work at sbux lol)

today was a super rare day where i almost had no appetite at all. usually on days like today (working a long shift and doing lots of movement) im hungry and eat at least 1500 calories. ive been on a journey of listening to my body and my hunger cues and learning what that looks like for me. today this was it. and its not perfect but im okay with that, i ate good food, met my protein goal, and tomorrow will be better. i dont want anyone to look at this and see a “diet”. or think that they need to eat this. if i (or anyone) ate under 1000 cal everyday that would be so unhealthy and unsustainable. im not on a weight-loss journey but instead just trying to heal my relationship with food and my body. 🩷
