Buttermilk pancakes without the buttermilk!
These pancakes are sure easy to make and are delicious!!
You will need the following :
40g of oats ( blended first, you want the oats to be a flour consistency, this will give it the buttermilk texture)
2 egg whites
140g of cottage cheese ( good culture low-fat)
Blend all ingredients
pour batter over sprayed low-medium hot pan
Flip when cooked on the sides
Enjoy , I topped mine with honey and berries
