I WENT TO MY FIRST F45 CLASS 🏋️

I went F45 alone today and imma share my experience 😬 just for the people that are also thinking of going but don’t have the motivation or the anxiety is stopping you to, I got you 😌

I choose to go to the outlet in Jurong East 🙃 (nearest to me) also lesser credit on ClassPass. So I just wanted to try and I was already subscribed to ClassPass 😌💪🏻

Of course I didn’t know what to expect but only know that there are different stations or something 😅 but I heard saying that is very Siong so actually I was super scared and even thought of cancelling 😅

Once I alighted my bus stop 🚏 there was only one word that came to my mind “ULU” the place is damn ULU like right behind Genting Hotel 🏨 but inside look like some abandoned buildings ngl 😂

Luckily F45 was quite easy to find as it’s facing outside. Got in and the coach immediately noticed that I’m new (guess ppl there are all familiar faces) the coach was really nice 😊 he explained and introduced me to the area and brief me through on what I need to do but at the same time reassuring me that he would guide me along the way (massive phew 😮‍💨) I felt less awkward.

Also, because it’s my first time and also I am totally not educated in equipments and in any exercises didn’t know what I was doing at all 😅🥹 ( the real anxiety part). But thankfully THE COACH 🥰! He noticed and came to guide me to do the right form and also making sure I am comfortable. He demonstrated it to me and told me which part I should be feeling the tightness for each stations YES EACH 😇 he also noticed that the weights were too heavy for me and quickly pass me one that I am comfortable in 🤪🤪 it ended before I knew it 😇

So, is it beginner worthy or nah?

YES!! It is but with the right coach! Hopefully the coaches are like this in every outlets 😅 I definitely feel like I can slim down if I do it long term LOL

👎🏻 Prepared to sweat and also touched someone else sweats 😬 because stations are exchanges every set so you have NO time to wipe it down (suck it up)
