• Ingredients:
Chicken thighs, lemon, ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, starch.
• Instructions:
1. Debone the chicken thighs, add ginger 🌿.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, half a tablespoon of sugar, half a lemon’s juice. Massage and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. After marinating, remove excess marinade, coat with cornstarch.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken, and fry until both sides are golden.
• Sauce:
Scallions, spring onions, and a little chopped chili. Cook in hot oil until slightly charred, then pour over the chicken.
