Life is so busy recently, that I barely had some time to take a deep breath! 😮‍💨😮‍💨So I decided to take a small break from all the hustles and dedicate it for my long lost cardio workout!💪

Here’s the Cardio Workout I did in a day to burn all the guilts away!🔥🔥🔥

✨ Interval Running ✨

Since I haven’t been actively running recently, interval running is more effective practice for me to control my breath and speed. Interval training involves alternating between periods of high-intensity exercise and periods of rest or lower intensity. It can also burn higher calorie compared to steady-state cardio exercises.

✨ Swimming✨

One of my best achievement of the year is to learn to swim. Swimming is a full-body workout that engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, for both cardio and strength training! It is also a low impact exercise, which allows longer workouts and increased calorie burn over time! 🔥🔥

✨Dancing✨

Recently I joined a group dancing class too! I feel dancing is a fun and engaging exercise! Just move your body with the music, unknowingly the body fats are also burning!
