Hi ๐Ÿ‹! Back with another hotel recommendation on my recent trip to Tokyo! My friends and I, a group of 4 were looking for an accommodation in the Shibuya area as that was the area we were planning to go the most! We chose Sequence miyashita park hotel for itโ€™s location and aesthetics and stayed for 3 nights! Sequence miyashita park hotel is located on the roof of sequence miyashita mall which is super convenient as you can cut through the mall to get to the hotel and avoid the crowd on the streets! You can exit from hachiko gate or exit B1(which we only discovered on our last night) depending on which train line you came from. We booked the bunk bed for 4 room which we super loved as we had a beautiful night view from our window as we got the corner room facing the main road & the rooftop of miyashita mall! Room was also super spacious for us to open all our luggages to unpack & pack on our first & last night! The toilet was a tad bit small but the advantage was that the sink is outside the toilet which speeds up the morning routine. The checkin & out process is done through a tablet but the staff were super friendly and helpful in assisting the whole process. Best part was they had a laundry room (400-500yen per wash & dry) within the hotel so we get to wash our clothes!!! There is also a cafe at the reception level. Location of the hotel is very prime as the popular shopping area cat street is just opposite the hotel and it is walking distance to both Shibuya & harajuku shopping districts & Shibuya sky (which I did not understand the hype until I went). There were also 7-11 & family mart within <5mins walking distance which we loved going. We felt that the vibes were abit similar to LYF. At the end of our Japan trip, we realised that we really loved the bunk bed concept as we all had our own private space to have some me time before bed. We paid around $570/night for this 4 pax room. If you are planning to stay here, I would recommend trying THE MATCHA TOKYO at miyashita park for the matcha & hojicha lovers! It was so good! One of the best Iโ€™ve tried so far! We went back a 2nd time on our last night in Tokyo just because it was so good!
