I made the switch from coffee being my first drink of the day to matcha and I’ve loved the difference I feel! For me personally, starting my day with coffee always gave some a huge energy boost followed by an afternoon slump, leaving me needing even more caffeine later in the day. This ultimately led to a lack of quality of sleep, irritated skin, headaches, gut and digestive problems, etc.

🍵FAV MATCHA RECIPE🍵
- add 1 tsp matcha powder (I use @piquelife Sun Goddess Matcha)
- cover with a little bit of hot water, just enough to mix (~ 4-6 oz.)
- whisk it until pretty bubbles form 🤌🏼
- to a milk frother, add your preferred milk, a splash of your fav creamer if you prefer a sweeter drink
- a dash of organic vanilla bean paste (optional)
- froth hot or cold
- pour over your matcha powder + water mixture and enjoy!
