My first IPL experience 🙈｜ REVIEWING JAPAN IPL ✨

I’ve always wanted to try IPL but I was ALWAYS AFRAID that it’s painful 😅 I’ve read many mixed review of people saying it’s painless while others say it’s like ant bites and I've finally mustered courage to try it for myself at Japan IPL! 🙈

The entire process was very smooth. I just walked in, registered, filled in a health declaration form & I was lead to the treatment room 😊

I changed into their tube dress and laid on the super comfy bed 😆 the therapist sanitised all the equipment in front of me right before we start & explained to me each process of the treatment. I used a total of 120 shots on underarm hair removal and skin solution!

I was told that they have upgraded to their ADLight technology for their machines - which is a Japanese patented tech and its completely painless & more effective in removing stubborn hair. Had my doubts but NGL, the entire process felt very cooling and comfortable - with no pain at all!!?! There was a split second of slight heat sensation from the shot (since it uses light to destroy hair follicles) and immediately it felt like ice cubes, damn shiok.

I was done in about 15 mins. I was expecting that I’m gonna have to deal with the hardselling like most salons do BUT BUT BUT, the staff merely explained to me on the IPL aftercare, followed by informing me of the current promotions and I was free to leave!!? NO pushy sales 😱😱 love it 😆
