10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT JAPAN IPL 😠😠💢💢

[PROMO] I have been with Japan IPL Express for almost two years now, and there have been a few things I want to get off my chest. Like any long-term relationship, we have some things we love and don't love about the other—today I shall rant about the 10 things I can't stand about Japan IPL 🙃

1. Don’t do appointments: Japan IPL doesn't force me to commit🥺 There are no packages and no appointments needed—I just need to show up for my IPL. Since they have many outlets islandwide, I can’t find any reason to miss my treatments…

2. Don’t hard sell at all: Do they really want me as a customer? 🤔 They never push for any packages or force me to buy more shots than I need.

3. Provide free shaving: I’m already very lazy but they provide free shaving here so… thank you for doing all the work for me :’)

4. Their IPL is painless: Where's the fun without some pain? The treatment is literally so painless, it's like I don't even know it's happening unless I hear the beep sound!!

5. Their IPL is so fast: Sometimes I just want to take a short nap during the treatment, but the treatment is indeed express. Most of the time I'm done within 10 minutes.

6. Free gifts: My room is literally filling up with all their free stuff: free hand-held mirror, free notebooks, free tissue paper, free pen etc. This is really bad for a hoarder like me cuz I take home 1 free gift after every visit!

7. Gorilla: Harry, the gorilla, is really very scary sia...every time I see it at one of the Japan IPL stores, I need to close my eyes and walk past it to my treatment room. Toy is okay but this life-sized one.. really? 🦍

8. Affordable prices: The more affordable something is, the more I want to splurge on something 😩 😩 Japan IPL shots cost S$2.40 per shot (S$1.20 if you buy in bulk)! Plus, they always have promotions, and I feel tempted to buy them.. Too bad they don’t hardsell, otherwise they can take all my money

9. 14 outlets across Singapore: FR tho...their outlets are everywhere and it’s hard to miss. Easties get one in Bedok, there's one in town at Somerset, and also other outlets at AMK, Nex, and even at Jem! Everywhere I go, I see them 👀

10. Feedback: After each session, Japan IPL asks me for feedback so they can improve their service. Why do they keep sending me these feedback forms? 🤔
