It’s finally peony season at Trader Joe’s!

Every year I love grabbing their peonies, they always add the nicest pop of color to my kitchen.

This week I’m making chicken shawarma bowls for my lunch prep.

Here’s how I’m making them:

•chicken shawarma cooked in the slow cooker & then shredding it

•layering the chicken on top of the jasmine rice

•chopping up cucumber, red onion, & tomatoes. putting that on top of the bowl

•tzatziki on the side to add once my lunch is warmed up!

Another meal is going to be dinner, the bbq teriyaki chicken with the rice, peppers, & onion blend. That chicken is soo good.

Also can’t wait to try these new pb chocolate rice krispy bites!
