is bali’s MOUNT BATUR sunrise OVERHYPED? 🇮🇩☀️🌅🗻

NO … its not overhype!!!! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 in fact, its WORTH all the hype! its one of the MUST DOs when ur in bali 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩

why is everyone gg mount batur? it is renowned for its stunning sunrise views, i wld highly recommend to travel up the summit by jeep! 🚘

❗️pro tip: pls bring a jacket along & wear long pants its rly cold up the drive to mount batur!!! its like genting weather 🥶 i wore a jacket & a shorts but i still felt like i was gna freeze

- unless u dont mind pay IDR50,000 for blanket rental up the summit

❗️pro tip: rmb to check the weather b4 u book, if it rains then the tour will most likely be cancelled… also if its too cloudy, u wont be able to see the sunrise

🌅my experience…

anyw,,,,, they picked me up at 230AM (im staying ard seminyak area) & we reach the bottom of mount batur ard 4AM? then we changed to a jeep & drove up the rough road to the summit, probs reach ard 5+AM. the sunrise tht day was ard 630AM, so we kinda waited until then.

btw its good to reach early to chope a good spot, bc thrs like SOOO MANY jeeps up thr… anyw the wait for the sunrise didnt felt long, bc it felt so surreal to look at wee hours skies, dont ever think u cn get this scenery in sg 🥹

++ also light bfast & coffee at the summit is provided

aft the mount batur sunrise, our jeep driver took us to black lava, and its another breathtaking scenic view 😮‍💨

++ the jeep guides will also share some history abt the volcano

the tour started rly early, but time flew so fast, it was such an eye opening experience
