my mum always scolds me for having cold drinks 😳

hello girlies! have you ever wondered why your mother always tells you not to drink cold water and that it'll be bad when your period comes? 😳 it's because of this Cold Womb Syndrome - a super common phenomenon in women in Singapore.

apparently, this is due to the bad habits we cultivate!! we tend to indulge in iced beverages, stay in air-conditioned rooms for long hours and wear crop tops/mini skirts/shorts 👀 all these lifestyle habits may eventually lead to a cold womb!!

so upon discovering that i have a cold womb, i went to do a treatment to improve the situation!!

the whole treatment took about 60 minutes! and i spent the whole time lying down because it was a comfy process!! 🤭

the beautician first took a look at my existing conditions and did a massage to lighten the load of my womb. i'd say she's really good at the massage though!! 🤩

𝙢𝙤𝙭𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙤𝙭

she then did this moxibustion together with the massage around my stomach area! this is so as to increase the energy flow through the area 👍🏻

𝙢𝙪𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙠 & 𝙙𝙚𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

this mud mask was warm and left on my stomach area for 30 minutes. it's said to help reduce cramps during menstruation!! which is super good btw because i did see an improvement in my cramps 🥹

so if you experience painful cramps or know that you have Cold Womb Syndrome, i highly recommend yall to go do this treatment!!
