reformer, chair & tower classes all in 1 studio? 💯

hello zesties! i'm back with another review of reformer pilates studio in singapore ✨ following the 2 themed outlets, SG Pilates has opened their 3rd outlet in Bugis featuring barbie pink reformer pilates 😍 and the best part is: you get to try 3 types of group pilates in this studio!!!

⚪️ 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀:

• reformer pilates class: 1:10

• wunder chair class: 1:10

• tower reformer class: 1:7

• private classes: 1:1 | 1:2 | 1:4

💸 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲/𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀:

• group classes: need to refer to their front desk

• private: $150 | duet: $100/pax | 1:4 $70/pax

• private room rental: from $60/hour

• classpass: between 8 to 14 credits

🥸 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

i went for a total of 2 instructors - Jasmine & Valenssa!

Jasmine is a Chinese speaking instructor for my Wunder Chair class. it's not v difficult to understand, just that there are some technical terms 🥲 but she conduct demonstrations so you can always follow through!

Valenssa is an English speaking instructor for my Tower Reformer Class and she's very different in her teaching style! i love how she ensures that you understand why you're doing the exercise & how you should feel 👍🏻

🚿 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

✅ toilet

✅ changing room

✅ locker

❌ water cooler

❌ showering facilities

❌ face towels

✨ 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

i truly appreciate how they have Chair & Tower classes housed in the same studio! these classes are relatively challenging as well and it'll be great for those who want to advance in their reformer pilates journey! 😍

the class size is not too big as well, so the instructors do have time to walk and go through everyone's form!! it's just that some of the instructors here are Chinese speaking so you need to have basic understanding of the language 😂 and English classes are limited too!

OH BUT 1 GOOD THING - their last class is at 9pm, so super duper good for those who are working!!

💭 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱?

honestly i feel like they'd become one of the top pilates studios if they included water cooler & showering facilities 🥲but i must say they're the only studio in Singapore that currently offers so many different variations of reformer pilates 💯 definitely still worth a visit!!!
