29 rooms is $29/pax for the month of march?! 📸

after the hype died down a little & also because they introduced the concession offer for students 🤪, we finally visited 29 rooms!! but isit really worth paying $30++ each for this multisensory/interactive photo spots? 👇🏻

WHAT WE ENJOYED;

✅ every single spot is a photo zone - ngl anywhere you stand, you sure can take something nice so our album by the end of trip has like 100+ photos 🤭

✅ interesting exhibits - there were a few v interesting exhibits that caught our attention to stay longer (e.g. the first exhibit asked really thought provoking questions that made you reflect about your life)

✅ interactive exhibits where you can bring home something - there were a total of 3 exhibits where you can be a star with the glam cam, film an advert with the angled camera & backdrop switch to different countries

✅ other play areas - splash paint (but they don't provide raincoat so you gotta watch out), make your own merch (chargeable) and more

✅ no crowd - very easy to take photos when we visited on friday 6-8pm slot + we can take our own time to explore

WHAT WE DID NOT ENJOY;

❌ over-promotion/in-the-face sponsorship by samsung - while samsung does have its own display room, most of the digital copies of the videos are all taken by samsung & transferring of these media is quite a hassle

❌ food/drinks booth looked very sad (& located near the end of the experience) since it was quite empty & we weren't sure if food there was good

❌ monkey shoulder was too intense (personal reference) & it was situated near the front of the experience, so drinking on a relatively empty stomach was a no-go

TIPS;

❗️ avoid the 8-10pm slot! because there's no time restriction inside the exhibits, you can take more than 2 hours to visit so you wouldn't wanna rush

❗️ they're running a march promotion now - $29 ONLY for both weekdays & weekends!!! 😱 + extra 10% off if you pay via grab paylater with the code RMPL10 😱

❗️ wear a pair of footwear that's easy to wear & take off because you'll need to take off shoes for the sheep exhibit

OVERALL, we'd say it's a 8/10 because you can take LOADS of photos 🤪 but once is enough, cuz the tickets aren't cheap at all 🌚 so if you're looking to visit 29rooms, do so this month because they're exhibiting until april only!!
