1.) doing foundation before eye makeup

-it's easier to clean up any eyeshadow fallout from bare skin as opposed to trying to do so without ruining your base makeup.

2.) using dirty and year old sponge

-always clean it at least once a week. This will prevent bacteria, oil, dirt, and old makeup from ruining the sponge and clogging and irritating your pores.

3.) overdrawn lip liners

-lip liners are good but do not overdrawn them too much that it looks so fake

4.) not wetting your beauty sponge

-water causes the sponge to swell and it ensures your makeup won't be absorbed which results in less makeup waste

5.) applying makeup in wrong lighting

-Yellow or excessively warm lighting will make your skin appear tired and sallow, which can lead to the over-application of concealer and other makeup

6.) using wrong shade of lipliners

-Your lip liner should be one shade darker than your natural lip color
