the moment i posted this on my ig account i got SO MANY questions about where i bought this from!

matcha cookies bagel with pistachio praline and basque cheesecake ($14)

this is EVERYTHING you could ever want in a dessert bagel. i love how they were SO GENEROUS with the pistachio praline and matcha ganache, they really don’t skimp on their ingredients! just look at it flowing out by the time i reached home. the pistachio praline has a gorgeous nutty flavour, and it pairs so well with the matcha. once you reach the center of the bagel, there’s a THICK SLAB of basque cheesecake 🧀which was so light yet creamy and not too cloying!!! the bagel itself is slightly chewy with a cookie crust on top, but it’s not your typical super chewy bagel, it’s slightly on the bready side! there’s so much going on in this bagel and it’s amazing how EVERYTHING goes so well together 😭😭 i will be back to try their other bakes for sure 😋💯
