cloud bread ...sounds heavenly

#lemon8diarychallenge When trying to eat right ..one of my weaknesses is bread. I found this and it tastes great!! Happy baking

CLOUD BREAD!!

Sandwiches, flatbreads, or toast 🥰☁️ Whatever you use it for, Cloud Bread is a simple, bread recipe that’s high-protein, low-carb, low-cal, AND gluten-free!

☁️3 eggs, divided

☁️1/4 tsp. Cream of tartar

☁️3 Tbsp. plain yogurt

☁️1/2 Tbsp rosemary

☁️1/2 tsp. garlic powder

☁️1/4 tsp. salt

☁️Preheat oven to 300F and line baking sheet with parchment paper

☁️Beat egg whites & cream of tartar until stiff peaks form

☁️Mix remaining ingredients in a separate small bowl

☁️Add small portion of egg white mixture to egg yolk mixture until lightened

☁️Slowly fold in rest of egg white mixture in 2 additions, making sure not to overmix

☁️Divide mixture into 6 rounds on baking sheet & bake for ~35 minutes, until golden-brown

☁️Turn off oven, leave door open and allow to cool for 45 minutes

☁️Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely
