Jet Trys: Bread Yard (worth the 45 mins wait?) 🍞

Hi Zesties 👋🏻 My friend recomended this place so i went on a friday night and i waited FOURTY FIVE mins to get a table soooo needlessly to say my expectations were bumped up. Here's my rating 🤠

❓️ WHERE

Bread Yard @ One North

At the back of Fusionopolis the place itself is relatively spacious and the ambience was very nice, great for date nights! Also they give free water which is a big plus 🤩

❓️ WHAT

We ordered:

- Pesto pasta w egg ($10)

- White wine garlic pasta w clams ($14)

- Sea salt caramel latte ($5.50)

- Mocha ($5.50)

- Duroc Pork with miso cream sauce ($24)

❓️ HOW

The food was GOOD especially the pork omg the miso cream sauce was absolutely scrumptious, it was super flavourful but in a controlled way like it wasn't too overpowering and it i didnt feel jelak even when i just ate the sauce on its own! Highly recommend that dish!!!! The pasta was good too, it was al dente and portions were good 😄

The pasta system is quite interesting though, you basically choose the pasta base you want then add toppings. However i dont rly like that you are limited to specific toppings based on which pasta base you choose (for example you can add smoked salmon for the pesto pasta but you cant add smoke salmon for their miso cream pasta).
