🍓I love paying attention to what I eat to make sure I am getting enough protein in my diet as well as micronutrients! Here is what a typical full day of food looks like for me!
🥑Breakfast - this has been on repeat for me! Eggs, egg whites, avocado and an english muffin, plus some “everything but the bagel seasoning” for some added flavor!
🥗Lunch - I found this idea here on Lemon8! This is a salad with spinach, chicken, mango, avocado, roasted corn, roma tomato, and topped with cilantro lime dressing from Costco!
🍣Dinner - I tried out the costco spicy tuna poke and created my own poke bowl! I added rice, edamame, mango, avocado, green onion, sweet onion, and sesame seeds and honestly I loved this dinner!
🍌Snacks - I love to have various snacks throughout the day. Some snacks I like to have on a regular basis are greek yogurts, protein powder (because I never can get enough protein in!) mochi nuggets from Trader Joes, and a sweet treat to finish off my day!
