NYE Champagne Jello Shot Squares🍾🥂

This is my first time making these and they turned out super cute and taste amazing! 🙌🏻

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of champagne (divided)

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 cup of sugar

3 envelopes gelatin

rainbow sprinkles

How to make these:

✨Combine 1 1/4 cups champagne, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin on top.

✨Let gelatin soften for about two minutes and then heat mixture over low heat.

✨Stir until gelatin has completely dissolved for about 2 to 3 minutes, and then remove from heat.

✨Stir in remaining 1/4 cup of champagne.

✨Grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour mixture into mold and chill for 2 hours, or until firm. Put it in the refrigerator NOT freezer.

✨Once it’s firm pour jello onto parchment paper-lined cutting board and slice into squares. Dip each square in sprinkles and serve cold.
